Town staff told the commission that statewide changes to subdivision ordinances will take effect July 1 and will require local amendment of Appendix B. "The town attorney alerted me, earlier today that, they were advised that July 1, they're gonna be significant changes to subdivision ordinances statewide," the staff member said.
