DEP will require Commonwealth W-9 and new certifications in MS4 grant application

Courtney described modest updates to the application form designed to improve contracting and compliance: "There are, nothing that is a huge deal. There's a couple of, new check boxes for certifications for being in good standing with the Department of Revenue, and the ability to enter into contract. We would also like a Commonwealth w 9 with your applications this year. We do not accept the federal w 9 at the state." She said the state W-9 will be provided upfront to ease contracting if an applicant is awarded.
