The Tecumseh City Council approved two separate agreements to transfer city-owned economic development lots and authorized the mayor to execute deeds. The first motion, to transfer lots at 385 and 589 Calhoun, was moved by Councilmember Tyler Speckmann and seconded by Lance Beethe. The minutes record Aye votes from Beethe, Britt, Brommer, Goracke, Speckmann and Topp and the motion carried.
