Florence County Council advanced a multi‑ordinance zoning package tied to the Highway 76 gateway study on second reading. The ordinances cover numerous parcels in Group 6 (and Group 7 introductions) with varied recommended designations: B‑3 General Commercial for some properties, CMU Commercial Mixed Use for others and R‑2 or R‑5 residential districts for additional parcels.
