The board approved two contracts at the June 8 meeting: a TIPS cooperative purchase contract (#250106) with Angel Protection and an arbitrage contract. The minutes state: "Motion was made by Jose Yanez and seconded by Billy Hodge to approve the TIPS Contract #250106 with Angel Protection." The arbitrage contract motion is recorded as: "Motion was made by Freddy Acevedo and seconded by Jose Yanez to approve the Arbitrage contract presented." Both motions are recorded as carrying unanimously (two absent).
