The commission approved a request by Kenneth Shelton to rezone a 2.2‑acre property at 2075 Wynwood Drive from general commercial back to R2 low‑density residential. Shelton told the board the change would separate a home and a small machine‑shop business on the lot and reduce insurance costs that had risen because of the mixed use.
