During a public hearing Dec. 8, the Reagan County ISD Board of Trustees approved the Elementary Targeted Improvement Plan after the Special Programs Director presented the plan's focus areas. Trustee Ruben Martinez moved for approval; Trustee JJ Weatherby seconded and the motion carried unanimously with one member absent.
