The Freer ISD Board unanimously approved a certification of compliance with laws required by new Section 39.008 of the Texas Education Code during its Sept. 15 meeting. The motion was made by Danny Garza and seconded by Diego Saenz Jr.

At the Sept. 15 meeting, the Freer ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously to approve a certification of compliance required under new Section 39.008 of the Texas Education Code. Trustee Danny Garza moved the certification and Secretary Diego Saenz Jr. seconded the motion.
