Code enforcement to recheck nuisance property on 3rd Street with chickens

Code Enforcement Officer Ray Wards reported during staff updates that he will re-inspect a 3rd Street property where chickens are reportedly kept in an unclean pen without water. Wards described additional code issues around town, including several junk vehicles and an unkept property currently in probate; he said he will follow up after the meeting.
