The council’s zoning report recorded approval of 2025‑Z‑03, a cabin for Texal Jenkins at 16th Road and Kafir, and approval of 2025‑Z‑04, a freezer for Wanda Chaffin at 219 N. Main St., with the latter approval contingent on contractor verification. The Zoning Administrator’s report also noted the city is currently without a designated Zoning Administrator.
