Jun 1, 2026

The full story
The vendor packet attached to the June 1 meeting includes a written proposal from Triangle Civil Services (d.b.a. Triangle Concrete Services, Inc.) describing a base bid to remove and relocate approximately 160 linear feet of fence, replace two damaged fence panels, grade and install an 8‑inch concrete drive entrance with 24‑inch RCP culverts and safety end treatments, and pour roughly 662 linear feet of new 5‑foot sidewalks. The packet lists concrete strengths and reinforcement (drive at 4,000 psi with #4 rebar, sidewalks at 3,000 psi with 6x6 mesh) and calls for ADA‑compliant sidewalk elevations and seven tactile warning surfaces where sidewalk meets drives.
