The Port Neches-Groves ISD Board voted to approve Triangle Civil Services as the contractor for the Groves Intermediate parking lot extension, sidewalk work and fence removal/replacement. Trustee Scott Bartlett moved the approval and Trustee Jake Lefort seconded; the motion passed 6-0.
