Bridget Bassier, finance director for the City of Edgewater, presented the city’s proposed fiscal year 2027 operating plan at the Aug. 10 budget workshop, saying the draft budget is balanced assuming the operating millage remains at 6.33. She reported a citywide balanced budget of $128,179,325 and said the general fund recurring revenue estimate is $14,192,630.
