After executive session, Commission authorizes County Manager to implement personnel change
Following an executive session on personnel and land, the Commission unanimously authorized County Manager Thomas Weaver to make a director-level personnel change discussed in closed session; the minutes state no votes were taken in executive session.

The Commission entered executive session Aug. 5 at 6:41 p.m. to discuss personnel and land matters and reconvened at 7:12 p.m. Chairman Charles Coffey stated the closed-session topics were within legal exceptions to the open meetings law and that no votes occurred during the executive session.
