The Environment & Public Works Committee voted to classify the action and determine significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the 'Seneca Park Recreational Access Improvements' project. Legislator Rose Bonnick moved the SEQR classification; Legislator Howard Maffucci seconded and the committee adopted the action 7–0.
