The Environment & Public Works Committee on Nov. 24 voted to classify the action and determine significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) for the 'AIDS Remembrance Garden Rehabilitation.' Legislator Rose Bonnick moved the SEQR classification, Legislator Howard Maffucci seconded, and the committee adopted the action 7–0.
