The Monroe County Environment & Public Works Committee on Nov. 24 approved a contract with Fluent Consulting Corporation to provide energy aggregation group management services. Legislator Rose Bonnick moved the resolution; Legislator Howard Maffucci seconded and the committee adopted the motion 7–0.
