Board denies request to keep four accessory structures at Limetree Drive property

The board considered VA2617, a request at 2729 Limetree Drive asking to increase accessory structures beyond the two-per-parcel limit and to allow a 14-by-30-foot structure not to match the principal residence facade. City staff reviewed the submission against article 9 and concluded the applicant could not meet all six variance criteria; staff recommended denial and offered to detail the criteria for the board.
