Engineering staff report progress on AMD, ROW acquisitions and Chub Run bids
Engineering staff updated the council on multiple infrastructure items: Phase 1 AMD change orders and amendments, Phase 2 ROWs (30 of 34 obtained) with DOH permit under review, Chub Run change orders and a vendor bid opening rescheduled to March 10, 2026, and Phase IV awaiting contractor remobilization.

Engineering staff provided a consolidated update on several active projects. For Phase 1 AMD the meeting record lists Change Order 4, an Engineering Amendment 2 and a Notice of Acceptability. For Phase 2 AMD staff reported 30 of 34 right-of-way acquisitions in hand, with outstanding ROWs from two businesses, one utility and one resident; the Department of Highways (DOH) permit was under review and a to-bid meeting with AML was scheduled.
