Poulsbo — The City Council on Dec. 17 approved Resolution 2025‑21, which updates the city’s salary and wage schedules for 2026 and incorporates negotiated increases in collective bargaining agreements. Staff told the council that the package includes an agreed annual wage adjustment for 2026 and changes to management job titles (HR manager → HR director; IT manager → IT director) intended to align internal structure and market standards.
