Soil & Water staff presented the Todd County Feedlot Program annual report required by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, summarizing 2025 activities and accomplishments. Staff said the county inspected 54 farms in 2025 (exceeding inspection requirements), completed five manure pit closures and had a total of 639 attendees at feedlot-related outreach events (feedlot meeting, breakfast on the farm, tour and soil-health event).
