The board authorized the board chair to begin negotiations on a new superintendent contract and approved a Notice of Intent to Negotiate for the Principals Association; both motions were carried 6-0.

During Action Item 1.c the board approved the superintendent's request to begin negotiations for a new employment contract and authorized the board chair (or designee) to conduct negotiations on behalf of the board. The motion was moved by Jessica Crosby and seconded by Roxanne Skogstad-Ditsch, and the minutes record the action as carried 6-0.
