Meeting minutes record that the Application for Special Exception filed by Aiken Holdings, LLC. was withdrawn and the Jackson Township Zoning Hearing Board decision has been vacated. The minutes state the appeals by the township and by Richard Tice were withdrawn and a consent order was signed by Judge McEwen on Feb. 13, 2026.
