Staff proposed targeted agriculture-code updates that would allow shipping-container use for agricultural refrigeration, remove a four-ounce container restriction, expand allowed agricultural-building sizes (under review), and introduce a notification option for adjacent property owners to recognize agricultural activities in areas without agricultural zoning.
