Commission reschedules second May meeting to accommodate bond pricing

City Manager Todd Newman recommended rescheduling the second regular May commission meeting because the usual date falls on Memorial Day and because UMB’s executive vice president will provide bond‑pricing information on May 27. The proposal was moved, seconded and approved; the new date is Thursday, May 28, 2026.
