The board revisited protests for parcels owned by Nancy Craddock after the assessor received updated Farm Service Agency (FSA) maps showing a recount of irrigated and dry acres. The assessor explained recalculated assessed values: one parcel's value was adjusted from $524,957 to $516,254 after the recount; another parcel moved from $586,022 to $554,006.23.
