Patrick Brightford, occupational administrator with Region V behavioral health services, briefed the board on the regional system of care and the county match request. He outlined Region V's contracting and coordination functions, noted approximately 13 contracted providers and said Seward County had about 217 encounters in the fiscal year cited.
