At the Sept. 9 meeting the Ridgeway Town Council voted to enter a closed session under Section 2.2‑3711(A)(1) to discuss personnel matters. Maeve McCulloch moved to go into closed session, Brad Hairston seconded, and the motion passed according to the minutes.
