The Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees approved the superintendent evaluation instrument on Dec. 15. Trustee Rick Sowell moved to approve the instrument and Trustee Thomas Salazar seconded; the board voted Yea 7, Nay 0 to adopt the evaluation instrument.
