The Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously Dec. 15 to approve the Elementary Campus Local Improvement Plan. Trustee Thomas Salazar moved to "approve the elementary campus' local improvement plan," and Trustee Darrell Pullin seconded; the motion passed with all seven trustees voting yea.
