The Jonestown Borough Council moved to appoint Light-Heigel as its code enforcement provider during the Dec. 2 meeting. The minutes note an earlier engineering update referencing "Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc." and later record a motion: "A motion made by Jeff Schott, seconded by Madisyn Breiner, to appoint Light -Heigle as in tum Code enforcement. Motion carried." The minutes contain inconsistent vendor spelling; the record earlier used the full name "Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc." and the appointment line appears to have a typographical variation.
