The Calvert City Council voted unanimously on June 23 to award the Construction Contract for the GLO MITMOD Water Project (Contract #24-065-103-E835) to Elliot Construction. Council Member Robert Young moved for the award and Council Member Elizabeth 'Liz' Grindstaff seconded; the motion passed with all council members voting in favor.
