During new business Superintendent Frank Solomon told the Board that a workers' compensation insurance bid from BancFirst Insurance and COMP Risk Management had been received after the agenda was posted and that the lowest bid totaled $98,500. The Board subsequently voted to approve BancFirst Insurance and COMP Risk Management for workers' compensation coverage for the 2026–2027 school year.
