Commissioners heard a presentation on a bridge project and an agreement with Cook Flat to update existing Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) plans rather than begin entirely new designs. "I got the agreement back from Cook Flat to use the current plans we have on the bridge that we got through KDOT. It is $21,400," Melissa said when describing the scope and price.
