Staff reported that Ridgeway and regional partners have met Prop 1/2/3 commitments for affordable housing production and that maintaining that performance keeps the town eligible for future rounds of state funding. Staff also said the town is applying for an ADU grant to develop permit‑ready ADU plans and is certified with DOLA as an ADU‑supportive jurisdiction.
