Board adopts ordinance dissolving Springside Community Development District
The board adopted Ordinance No. 2026-16 to dissolve the Springside Community Development District, after staff confirmed there were no outstanding assessments, bonds or maintenance obligations. The motion passed 4-0 by roll call.

The Veranda County Board on July 7 adopted an ordinance dissolving the Springside Community Development District (CDD). Planning manager Michelle Miller said the CDD’s board of supervisors determined dissolution was in the best interest of property owners and that "there are no outstanding maintenance responsibilities ... nor any outstanding financial or contractual obligations." District counsel confirmed there were no assessments or bonds on the roll and that the district had been landowner-funded.
