The board approved a reduced vacation of a lake maintenance easement for Damon and Stephanie Croucher’s Spring Hill parcel, granting a 5‑foot change after a department objection. Planning manager Michelle Miller told the board the Department of Public Works objected because the 20‑foot easement is dedicated on the plat and provides county access for lake maintenance.
