Chair Mike Wheeler recommended that the Village Board of Lake Hallie accept a document drafted by the village administrator concerning wage and vacation increases for police personnel. The recommendation was seconded by Committee member Kevin Bahr and recorded as carried by voice vote when the commission reconvened to open session at 8:41 p.m.
