The Chair asked for a motion to move into closed session to discuss personnel and the monthly personnel report. A board member moved to go into closed session and a second was recorded. The Chair cited Virginia Code §2.2-3711 and said a motion had been made and seconded that the board convene in closed meeting to consider personnel. The Chair called for the ayes and the board entered closed session.
