The AQUILLA ISD Board of Trustees upheld an administrative determination in a Level 2 grievance filed by Caleb Rains at its June 16, 2025 regular meeting. Trustee Amber Cain moved to sustain the administration's finding; the motion was seconded by Trustee Kevin Clepper and passed 5–1 with Trustee Will Pinner voting against and Trustee Tamara Harrison abstaining.
