City planners at an Aug. 11 workshop agreed to reintroduce the Carroll County Collaborative into the Eureka Springs vision plan after a presentation from Sandy Martin, who described the collaborative's project-driven, mayor-led approach and countywide work on broadband, housing and workforce development.
