Michael Rischmueller told the council he has an agreement with Brady Weaver of Michael Foods Inc. to graze 12–13 cattle on city-adjacent land near Logan View and the wastewater treatment plant on a May–October rotation. He described plans to rotate the herd every three to four weeks and provided a map to council.
