Several homeowners reported flooding along the Wilson Ditch and elevated water that has caused crawlspace problems at multiple addresses. The minutes list specific concerns: “Flooding of trails along Rafter J southern fence line,” crawlspace water at the eastern end of Percheron Drive and southern end of Appaloosa, and a dog pulled into a culvert.
