HOA moves forward with CCR amendment ballots; signatures needed for two proposals

The Board updated owners on multiple proposed CCR (covenants, conditions and restrictions) amendments. Ballots for the vehicle speed and recreational-vehicle amendments are due Feb. 4, 2026; ballots were initially mailed to owners on Aug. 8 and remain available at the Rafter J office.
