District Engineer Kurt Heath told the Heritage Pines board he was inspecting Fairway Green and reported that three dead pine trees needed removal, estimating the cost at $250 per tree. The minutes record that fallen trees near Heritage Point Drive had already been removed and that additional removal requests had been received.
