The School Board of Independent School District No. 696 authorized a resolution on Feb. 9 to approve a Building Joint Powers Agreement for the Northland Learning Center. Director Colarich moved the authorization and Director Moravitz seconded; the motion carried on a 4-0 recorded vote.
