The Allen ISD Board of Trustees entered a closed executive session at 5:03 P.M. May 14 under Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with the board's attorney) and Section 551.074 (deliberation of personnel matters) to address the selection of an Interim Superintendent. The board adjourned the closed session at 5:16 P.M. and reconvened at 5:19 P.M.
