Clerk Ethna L. Thompson reported that two additional Short‑Term Rental (STR) self‑certifications had been received since the previous meeting and described ongoing outreach to notify property owners of the State's STR registration requirements. The Clerk said local rental agencies and Saddleback Mountain were contacted to assist distributing the information; the minutes record that Saddleback Mountain confirmed it will forward the information to associated property owner associations.
