The Nooksack City Council voted on July 20 to appoint Marshall Judy to serve as mayor and to name Councilmember Dave Finet as mayor pro tem under Resolution No. 346. Councilmember Randy Relethford moved the initial appointment, which Councilmember Elizabeth Bahzad seconded; the motion carried and the oath of office was administered to Judy.
