Board directs closer contractor oversight after gutter, sidewalk and mailbox damages
Staff reported ongoing repairs to properties damaged during gutter, sidewalk and mailbox work; the Board agreed to add contract language requiring contractors to repair both sides of gutters and to have the CDD landscaper inspect work and track conditions.

The Board discussed ongoing repairs to damages resulting from gutter and sidewalk work along GlenEagles Links Drive. Charlie Krebs said he provided the addresses of damaged properties to Mr. Willis and that proposals for repair work were requested and currently in progress; additional damage locations will be provided and GulfScapes proposals requested.
